How to Make a Good Game Workflow ?

Can sometimes make the game easier or more complicated because work flow that is not true.

 

This is often only realized when the game development process is already running. Sometimes due process MAKING far enough, so that browsing back to being very complicated, plus more if the game is done more than one person and a bad documentation (common in community without professional experience in game development).

Since I was new in Game Development, knowledge about this is lacking. Please prompts for this workflow or at least a reference book or article that can help.


In order not to appear a problem in the middle of game development, either because there are additional features, replacement or addition of people in the team, it takes a hold called the Game Design Document (commonly referred to as GDD).

GDD contains a complete game design, which must be completed before the game to start the technical work, and must be approved by all members of the team. To note, every team member should have the same vision of the game that will be done, in order to avoid differences of opinion among team members.
